Before you place an order with Grandbridge, take a minute to read through these. By using our service, you're agreeing to everything here.

Interpretation and Definitions

Some words in here get capitalized and have specific meanings. They stay the same throughout the whole thing. So here's what we mean by different terms: • Affiliate — any company that controls, is controlled by, or is under the same ownership as another company. • Country — Washington, United States • Company (that's "Grandbridge," "We," "Us," or "Our") — we're the orchard delivery service. • Device — any computer, phone, or tablet you use to access what we do. • Service — the Grandbridge website where you order. • Terms and Conditions (or just "Terms") — this whole agreement between you and us about how you use our service. • Third-party Social Media Service — stuff from other companies that shows up on our platform. • Website — where Grandbridge lives online. • You — the person using our service, or the company they work for if they're ordering on behalf of someone else.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern how you use Grandbridge and create the agreement between you and us. They spell out what you can and can't do, and what we can and can't do. Your access to our service depends on you accepting these Terms. That goes for everyone who visits or uses it. When you access Grandbridge, you're saying yes to all of this. If there's something you don't agree with, don't use the service. You also need to be 18 or older. We don't let anyone younger than that use what we offer.

Links to Other Websites

You might find links to other websites or services on our platform that we don't own or run. Grandbridge doesn't control those sites and isn't responsible for what's on them, their privacy practices, or how they operate. You understand that if something goes wrong because of third-party content, products, or services you found through our links, that's not on us.

Termination

We can cut off your access whenever we want, for any reason, without giving you notice or explaining ourselves. That includes if you break these Terms. Once we do that, you can't use Grandbridge anymore.

Limitation of Liability

The most we're liable for is whatever you spent on Grandbridge. If you haven't bought anything, that cap is 100 USD. As much as the law allows, Grandbridge and our suppliers aren't responsible for special, indirect, or consequential damages. That covers lost profits, missing data, business interruption, injuries, privacy breaches, or software problems. This holds even if we knew it might happen and no matter how things work out otherwise.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

Grandbridge comes as is, with all its problems and rough edges, and without any promises. To the fullest extent the law allows, Grandbridge and everyone behind it don't make any kind of warranty — not express, not implied, not legal, nothing. We're not saying it's fit to sell, that it'll do what you need, that we own it outright, or that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's stuff. We're also not saying that (i) the service will work or be there when you need it; (ii) it won't break or have errors; (iii) the information is right or current; or (iv) our service and servers are clean of viruses, malware, or anything that could hurt you.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms and your use of Grandbridge are governed by the laws of Washington state, and we ignore any conflicting laws. Depending on where you are, other laws might apply too. If something goes wrong or you're upset about our service, we ask that you try to work it out informally with us first. Get in touch and let's see if we can figure it out.

Compliance & Regulations

European Union (EU) Users: If you're an EU consumer, you have certain protections under your country's laws that we have to respect. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that (i) you're not in a country under embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government list of people we can't do business with.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, we'll adjust it so it works within the law while keeping everything else intact. If we don't enforce something in these Terms, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to enforce it later. And letting one violation slide doesn't mean we'll overlook the next one.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These might get translated into other languages, but if there's ever a dispute, the English version is what counts. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, you'll get at least 30 days' notice. If you keep using Grandbridge after we update things, you're accepting the new version. These terms went into effect August 5, 2026.
